Keystone is a Community Housing Development Organization (CHDO), which means
we are eligible to receive funds to develop new, affordable housing.
Many of our homes are built on spec, and real estate agents are welcome to
participate in the sale of our properties.
If you have a client interested in
purchasing a Keystone developed home, there are a few things you need to be
aware of: 1. Homes are available for sale to low
income homebuyers only.

2. All qualified buyers may receive
substantial down payment assistance - between $20,000 and sometimes over $40,000 depending
on the property, and up to
$2,000 for closing costs.
3. Buyers may also choose to obtain
FHA, conventional, or other affordable first mortgage financing.
4. Because our homes are initially
offered at an affordable price, it is generally not negotiable at the time
of sale.
