Keystone offers Homebuyer Education classes as part of our services to new homebuyers. The classes are designed to prepare you for the process of buying your home and are a requirement to receive assistance.

The classes will provide you information on:

•	The pros and cons of homeownership
•	How to manage your finances to afford a home
•	How to qualify for mortgage financing
•	Preparing a mortgage application
•	Resolving credit problems
•	Working with realtors and sellers
•	Maintaining your home after purchase

Current Class Schedule

February 2012

Tuesday and Wednesday, February 21 and 22, 2012

6:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Bartow Civic Center

2250 S. Floral Ave., Bartow

Must attend both evenings to complete the class.

March 2012

Tuesday and Wednesday, March 13 and 14, 2012

6:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Classes are free, but advance registration is required. Class size is limited and they do fill up quickly, so register early. To register call 682-1025, ext 7, or fill out the form below.

Classes are held each month and are six hours.

Advance registration is required.

Please do not bring children to classes.

Evening classes require attendance both nights.
